3 - The Art of Reconnecting

Welcome to the third video of the five-video series entitled, My World of Disconnecting to Reconnect. In today's world of constant challenges and stress, we all try to do our best to balance and manage our lives, and "selves, to have a positive, healthy, fun and fulfilling life. However, that is not always easy. Not easy at all.
Here, I go through the art of Reconnecting. After disconnecting and finding a new energy and focus, it’s important to accept and embrace that change and, to understand what happened through your disconnecting, in order to make it sustainable, as a permanent paradigm shift within you, to percervere through no matter what stress you are hit with. That is the real challenge - when you come back to the real world you live in. This right here, going through this process, is what we will dive into in my new science of "Human Mechatronics®,” and is introduced after the fifth, and final video of this series, The WYLIWYG® Principle. Next up however, is the fourth video, DotsDoConnect®. We need to put the past into a place that we can healthily and passionately move on from and, handle all triggers as powerfully as we can.
